How To Increase Your Income
We all want more money than we have right now. Even the richest people in the world want to have more money and more resources to buy more things, to participate in more activities, and often we want more money to impress others and to impress ourselves. But why is money the one thing that we never seem to have enough of? When you take the salary you make and then take away the costs of living, it’s easy to see why we generally end up on the lower side of our financial dreams. With the help of Feng Shui, you don’t have to live outside of the lap of luxury anymore.
Changing Your Mind about Money
Most of us really don’t believe that we deserve more money, when we’re being honest with ourselves. It’s not that we don’t want more money, but we actually believe that we don’t deserve more money in our lives. We often get into a pattern of negative thinking that makes us feel as though we are never going to see the wealth we desire. That kind of thinking needs to stop ? right now.
The first step in Feng Shui to helping your mind begin to attract more money and more opportunities for income is to begin to live your life the way it will be when you have more money. In your mind, think as though you already have all the money you’d ever need to get by. You might even want to create a pay stub that lists the income you want to make. This way, you can begin to solidify the idea that you ARE making more, and thus increase the energy of this becoming reality.
You also want to make sure you are surrounding yourself with reminders of the abundance you want in your life. This might be something as simple as buying an expensive coffee drink once a week, if you equate that with the income you’d like to make. Or you might want to buy yourself some fresh flowers to beautify your living space. Whatever makes you feel rich, you should do ? within reason, of course.
Another thought is to start making plans in your life that are contingent upon your having more money. You should start thinking about that new car you want to buy and start researching how you will pay for it. Don’t worry about how you will get the money, but just begin to make plans as though you WILL have the money. This way, the energy of your intention will carry you to whatever actions you need to take.
Changing Your Life for More Money
But as with any major change in your life, you need to change the way you live in order to make things work. When it comes to Feng Shui, there are plenty of ways to rearrange the way you live and the way your home and office are set up to enhance your money making energy.
First of all, make sure that your office is always well lit. This helps the energy of the room always be high and always attracting more energy. Open the shades and turn on the lights to make sure every corner is brightened. You will also want to make sure you can see the doorway from the desk where you sit. And if you can’t move your desk to accomplish this, just place a mirror in your workspace that allows you to see the door from where you are seated. This tip helps you ’see’ new opportunities and success coming your way.
Plants are a good way to attract money energy to your life too. Add a bamboo plant near the doorway of your office or your home to help attract wealth. And always make sure you aren’t holding onto any plants that are dead or in the process of dying. These represent your money growth ? and you don’t want that to die, do you?
You will also want to make sure you are dressing the part of a person who makes more money than they do now. That is, if you’re a lower level employee right now, and you want to be in upper management, you need to dress the part every day. In addition, you want to spend some time visualizing the work you will do once you are in that upper position. This will help you continue to increase the energy of your wealth goals.
The sky is the limit in terms of how much money you can make. All it takes is a few simple Feng Shui changes and who knows how far you will go?
